Why I wrote it
Whenever I looked for help managing ADHD in college, I found explanations for why it was hard—but few useful steps for what to do. Practical advice always seemed to end with the same clichés: get a planner, minimize distractions, go to bed early.
After finishing college, I wanted to share the life tips I actually used to make a neurotypical-focused education system easier to navigate. Every tip in this book worked for me, and I wrote it with real understanding of what a depressed ADHD state feels like—and how to move forward.
