I listened to this podcast every day, because when you leave for college you are alone... there is no one to help you or encourage you to do anything, it's all on you. Most people can gain that motivation themselves, but I needed to listen to this outside motivation and it really helped consciously but even more subconsciously I think.
This is the actual schedule I used during Winter term.
It has all of the due dates for the week at the very top where I will see them over and over again.
Below that it has a daily schedule laid out in 15 minute increments.
Notice I really did try to keep all school work and classes between 9-5 when I could for mental health reasons, but this is the same template you can use if you have to make an "oh crap" calendar and plan everything out so meticulously that you could blindly follow your calendar and succeed.
