Ingredients:
1 tortilla
1/4 cup cooked beans
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat the cooking oil in a pan and fry the tortilla until crispy. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper. Add the beans and diced tomatoes, seasoning with paprika and salt. Cook until heated through.
Spread the bean mixture over the crispy tortilla. Top with additional diced tomatoes if desired. Serve immediately.
