Ingredients:
1 medium potato, grated and formed into small tots
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
Salt (1/4 tsp)
1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet and fry the grated potato tots until crispy and golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the beef broth, salt, and pepper, stirring to combine.
Arrange the fried tots in a small oven-safe dish and pour the broth mixture over them. Bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve hot.
