Ingredients:
2 oz pasta
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder, and salt. Simmer for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
Toss the cooked pasta in the marinara sauce and serve warm.
