Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 tbsp milk
1/2 tbsp butter
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
Heat butter in a non-stick pan over medium-low heat.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Stir gently and continuously with a spatula.
Cook until the eggs are just set but still soft and creamy. Remove from heat immediately.
