Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice
1 cup beef broth
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
In a pot, combine rice and beef broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice breaks down and the mixture becomes creamy. Add more broth or water if needed.
Stir in the cooked chicken, onion, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve warm as a comforting meal.
