Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp butter
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper. Stir in the sautéed vegetables.
Pour the mixture into a small oven-safe dish or ramekin.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the quiche is set and lightly golden on top. Serve warm.
