Ingredients:
1 medium potato, diced
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup beef broth
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tbsp butter
Salt (1/8 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
In a small pot, melt the butter and sauté the onion for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
Add the diced potato and beef broth, then bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
Use a fork or masher to slightly mash the potatoes in the pot.
Stir in the milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and heat for another 2 minutes.
