Ingredients:
1 tortilla (as the base)
1/4 cup diced tomatoes (for sauce)
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 medium potato, thinly sliced (optional topping)
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Spread diced tomatoes evenly over the tortilla. Sprinkle with oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
Arrange onion, bell pepper, and potato slices on top as desired.
Drizzle lightly with cooking oil for added flavor.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tortilla is crisp and the toppings are tender.
