Ingredients:
2 oz pasta (small shapes like elbow or broken spaghetti)
1/4 cup cooked beans
1/4 onion, finely diced
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened.
Add the diced tomatoes, beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in the beans and cooked pasta. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve warm as a hearty soup.
