Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 egg (use half for one serving, if possible, or make a slightly larger batch)
1/2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring just until no lumps remain.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
Pour a small amount of batter into the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot.
