Ingredients:
2 oz pasta (spaghetti or similar)
1/4 onion, sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until slightly softened.
Add the cooked chicken (if using), cooked pasta, soy sauce, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), and salt. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through.
Serve hot as a quick and flavorful meal.
