1/4 cup cooked beans
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, cumin, paprika, cayenne (if using), and salt. Stir to combine.
