Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the chicken and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
Cook, stirring frequently, until the chicken is slightly crispy on the edges. Serve hot as a side or main dish.
