Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the diced tomatoes, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne (if using), and salt. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes to create a sauce.
Add the rice and beef broth to the skillet. Stir well, reduce heat, and cover. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
