Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw chicken
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Rub it with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of oil to the pan.
Place the chicken in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C).
