Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw chicken
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 onion, finely diced
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
If using raw chicken, season it with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, and cook in the skillet for 3-4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (165°F/74°C internal temperature).
Add the diced onion to the skillet and cook alongside the chicken until the onion is softened.
Serve as a flavorful main dish.
