Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 egg
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the egg into the empty space. Scramble it lightly.
Add the cooked rice, chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serve hot as a flavorful meal.
