Ingredients:
1 slice of bread
2 eggs
1 tbsp butter
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Toast the bread in a toaster or on a skillet with a small amount of butter until golden brown.
Heat the remaining butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook sunny-side-up, over-easy, or scrambled, as preferred. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Serve the eggs with the toast on the side.
