Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup cooked rice (optional, for serving)
1/4 onion, sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve as is or over cooked rice for a complete meal.
