Ingredients:
1 slice of bread (cut in half for a sandwich)
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp butter
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat 1/2 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
Spread the remaining butter on the bread slices.
Place the cooked chicken on one slice of bread, top with sautéed vegetables, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and cover with the other bread slice.
Toast the sandwich in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
Serve warm.
