Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, finely shredded
1 egg (use half, if possible, or make a slightly larger batch)
1 tbsp flour
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, egg, flour, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until combined.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the meatballs for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and heated through.
Serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
