Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
2 oz pasta
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup diced tomatoes (as sauce)
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cooking oil
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the diced tomatoes, oregano, garlic powder, and salt to the pan. Simmer for 5 minutes to develop flavors.
Stir in the cooked chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Toss the sauce with the cooked pasta and serve warm.
