Ingredients:
1 tortilla (as a quick dough substitute)
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 onion, diced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium heat. Sauté onion until softened, then add cooked chicken, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
Place the mixture on one half of the tortilla (or dough). Fold the other half over and press the edges to seal.
Place the calzone on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
