Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup rice
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 cup beef broth
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a pot over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the beef broth, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
Stir in the rice and reduce heat. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
Add the cooked chicken and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot as a comforting soup.
