Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Heat cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the chicken to the pan, sprinkle with paprika and salt, and stir to combine.
Mix the cooked rice into the pan with the chicken and vegetables. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve warm.
