Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked rice
1/4 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/4 cup beans (cooked)
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the chicken, beans, diced tomatoes, cumin, paprika, and salt. Stir and cook until heated through.
In a bowl, layer the cooked rice and top it with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
Serve warm as a hearty, flavorful burrito bowl.
