Ingredients:
1 tortilla
2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 cup cooked beans
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the cooked beans, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
Scramble the eggs in a separate pan.
Lay the tortilla flat and layer the eggs and bean mixture in the center. Fold the sides and roll into a burrito.
Serve warm as a quick and satisfying breakfast.
