Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw chicken
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg (use half if possible, or make a slightly larger batch)
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
Dip the chicken into the egg, then coat it in the flour mixture.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked.
Remove from the skillet and drain on a paper towel. Serve hot.
