Ingredients:
1/4 cup raw chicken
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Rub the chicken with oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat until very hot.
Add the seasoned chicken to the dry skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until a dark crust forms and the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
Serve immediately.
