Ingredients (Biscuits):
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp butter, cold and cut into small pieces
1 tbsp milk
Ingredients (Gravy):
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions (Biscuits):
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Stir in milk to form a dough.
Shape into a small biscuit and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Instructions (Gravy):
In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux.
Slowly whisk in beef broth, cooking until thickened. Add salt and pepper.
Serve the gravy over the baked biscuit.
