Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked bell peppers
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 cup beef broth
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour (to thicken)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Black pepper (1/8 tsp)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute to form a roux. Gradually add the beef broth, stirring constantly to make a creamy sauce.
Season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer to a small oven-safe dish and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until bubbly.
Serve warm as a comforting dish.
