Ingredients:
1/4 cup rice
1/4 cup beans (cooked)
1/4 onion, diced
1/4 bell pepper, diced
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and bell pepper until softened.
Add the cooked beans and rice to the pan. Stir in paprika and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Serve as a hearty side or main dish.
