Ingredients:
1/4 cup cooked beans
1/4 onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (1/4 tsp)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Heat cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onion until softened.
Add the beans, diced tomatoes, sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a small oven-safe dish and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until thickened and bubbly.
Serve warm as a classic comfort food.
